OBSIDO Studio – Rental of premises in the heart of Vejle
A professional and calm universe for independent therapists
OBSIDO Studio is an aesthetic and inviting treatment center in the heart of Vejle. We combine high professionalism with luxurious surroundings and a calm atmosphere, where both therapists and clients feel safe and seen.
We work daily with advanced skincare, facials and holistic therapy – and we believe that the best results come when different disciplines work side by side. That is why we are now opening our doors to you who work with body and mind and want to become part of a calm, respectful and professional community.
We offer three types of rental:
Permanent rental of treatment rooms
We offer three different rental options:
- Room 1 is 48 m² and costs DKK 5,500/month excluding VAT. It is perfect for individual treatment, therapy or group lessons.
- Rooms 2 + 3 are a total of 45 m² and cost DKK 5,000/month excluding VAT. It is ideal as a combination of office and treatment room.
- Only Room 2 (27 m²) can be rented separately for DKK 3,000/month excl. VAT – with access through Room 3.
- It is also possible to rent the 3 parts together at 90 m² for DKK 9,000/month excluding VAT.
Consumption (electricity, heating, wifi) is included.
Cleaning and window cleaning can be purchased for 300–500 DKK/month.
Daily rental of treatment rooms
If you are just starting out, or only work a few days, you can rent our treatment room either permanently or flexibly.
- Furnished room (with couch, chairs, storage and mood lighting) costs 500 DKK excl. VAT/day or 1,800 DKK/month excl. VAT on a fixed day of the week.
You can also buy a 5-day ad hoc card for DKK 2,250 excluding VAT (save DKK 250).
Rental of workshop and meeting rooms
Our large room with a conference table for 16 people, lounge area and access to service and kitchenette can be used for circles, workshops, client sessions, teaching and smaller events.
- Half-day rental (4 hours) costs 950 DKK.
- A full day (8 hours) costs 1,600 DKK.
- Evening rental (5–9 p.m.) costs DKK 1,200.
- The entire weekend (Saturday + Sunday) costs 2,800 DKK.
The premises can be used by both businesses and private individuals – but the rental agreement must be created in the name registered in the Danish Civil Registration Register (CPR) or the Danish Business Register (CVR).
Who are we looking for?
We dream of bringing together an interdisciplinary community of skilled and conscious therapists. Perhaps you work as:
Psychologist or psychotherapist
Body therapist, acupuncturist, reflexologist or masseur
Coach, respiratory therapist, yoga teacher or circle facilitator
Teacher, workshop leader or facilitator with a focus on body and mind
You are self-employed – perhaps already with clients – and want to work in a calm, professional and beautiful environment with access to shared facilities, networking and sparring.
