EXFOLIATING TONER

An exfoliating toner is a liquid skin care formulation that helps exfoliate
dead skin cells from the surface of the skin using chemical exfoliants such as AHA
(alpha-hydroxy acids), BHA (beta-hydroxy acids) or PHA (polyhydroxy acids).
It promotes smoother skin texture, reduces pore clogging and can improve
skin tone and radiance. Exfoliating toners are particularly beneficial for oily or
acne-prone skin, but can be adapted to different skin types. It is important to use them
with care, as over-exfoliation can lead to irritation and sensitivity, and they should
supplemented with sun protection during the day.
