At OBSIDO STUDIO we offer both physical and digital gift cards. The gift cards can be issued for any amount or for a specific treatment and can be used for both treatments and products, unless otherwise stated.

All gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue, and the expiration date is clearly stated on the gift card - either physically or electronically.

We recommend that gift cards are used well in advance, as they cannot be extended, exchanged for cash or used after expiration. Upon redemption, the gift card must be presented in its full form with the gift card code, QR code or other valid identification visible.

Hvis du som deltager ikke har mulighed for at deltage, og vi modtager skriftlig besked senest 48 timer før eventets start, tilbyder vi en personlig rabatkode svarende til billetprisen (ekskl. gebyrer). Rabatkoden er gyldig i 30 dage og kan anvendes på behandlinger eller nye events hos OBSIDO. Rabatkoden kan ikke ombyttes til kontanter.

Ved ændringer i arrangementet – såsom ny dato, ændret lokation eller væsentlige ændringer i indholdet – informerer vi dig hurtigst muligt. Hvis ændringen vurderes som væsentlig, tilbyder vi dig en rabatkode på det fulde beløb. Mindre justeringer i program, tidspunkt eller indhold giver ikke automatisk ret til kompensation.

Overdragelse af billet

Aftalegrundlag
Når du tilmelder dig undervisning hos OBSIDO SKIN STUDIO ApS, accepterer du vores handelsbetingelser og forpligter dig til at betale det fulde beløb for ydelsen. OBSIDO SKIN STUDIO ApS forbeholder sig retten til at justere underviser, indhold og program, hvis det vurderes nødvendigt – f.eks. ved sygdom eller faglige ændringer.

Afbud og ændringer

• Ved afbud senere end 14 dage før undervisningsstart refunderes beløbet ikke.
• Ved afbud mellem 15 og 30 dage før refunderes 50 % af beløbet.
• Ved afbud tidligere end 30 dage før refunderes hele beløbet.

Hvis du bliver syg eller forhindret, har du mulighed for at overdrage din plads til en anden fagperson. Du skal give os skriftlig besked herom senest 24 timer før undervisningen starter.

Aflysning og flytning
Vi forbeholder os retten til at aflyse eller flytte undervisningen i tilfælde af sygdom, lavt deltagerantal eller uforudsete hændelser (force majeure). Ved aflysning får du det fulde beløb refunderet eller mulighed for at deltage på en ny dato. OBSIDO SKIN STUDIO ApS dækker ikke evt. følgetab som transportomkostninger, tabt arbejdsfortjeneste mv.

Materiale og ophavsret
Alt undervisningsmateriale – både fysisk og digitalt – er ophavsretligt beskyttet og må ikke deles, kopieres eller anvendes kommercielt uden skriftlig tilladelse fra OBSIDO SKIN STUDIO ApS.
