First visit: Initial Facial Treatment
Choose the initial treatment if it's your first time visiting us, or if your skincare routine and goals require extra time for consultation. The treatment lasts 75 minutes and is supplemented with a 30-minute review.
Skin Infusion – 60 minutes
For those who want a targeted treatment in one hour. Techniques and products are chosen according to the skin's needs on the day.
Rejuvenate Infusion – 75 minutes
For those who want more time for both skincare, technology, and sensory techniques. A good choice when you want to combine visible glow with calm and immersion.
Youth Infusion – 90 minutes
For those who want a longer and more comprehensive treatment with room for more selected techniques and a special focus on the skin's structure, tone, and elasticity.
Ultimate Infusion – 120 minutes
The most comprehensive facial treatment at Obsido. There is ample time to combine several technologies and manual elements in a personalized course.

Can the treatment be adapted for sensitive or impure skin?
Yes, the treatment is adapted to the current condition of the skin. Please inform us about skin diseases, medication, allergies, pregnancy, and recent cosmetic treatments so that we can assess what is appropriate. In case of illness or persistent skin problems, medical assessment may be necessary.
How often should I get a facial?
There is no single interval that suits everyone. We assess the frequency based on your goal, your skin's reaction, home care, and budget. You don't automatically need to book every month.
How do I book?

We understand that unforeseen things can happen, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that makes it easy for you to cancel or change your appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do so directly from our website up to 24 hours before your agreed time. Simply follow the instructions in the menu under STUDIO, then TREATMENTS and click on here you can cancel your appointment.
Cancellation within 24 hours
If you wish to cancel your treatment within 24 hours before your agreed time, please contact us directly on phone +45 28 89 66 11 or email info@saralorentsen.com.
- Please note that our cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason.
- We do not accept cancellations via social media, such as Instagram DMs or Facebook Messenger.
Prices for late cancellation and no-show
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of the price of the treatment.
- No-show: Full price of the agreed treatment.
If you arrive 15-20 minutes later than your scheduled time without notifying us, it will be considered a no-show and the full price of the treatment will be charged. We will do our best to accommodate the treatment within the reduced time, but the cost will remain unchanged from the originally agreed amount. This also applies to extra booked add-ons.
Our recommendation
We encourage you to contact us in good time if you need to cancel or rebook. This not only helps you avoid payment, but also allows us to offer your time to another customer who may have been waiting a long time for an available time.
Notifications about your booking
You will always receive a confirmation e-mail when your booking is approved in our booking system.
In addition, as an additional service, you will receive a notification e-mail 48 hours before your appointment to remind you of your appointment.

Payment
An invoice will be sent to you, which is expected to be paid the same day.
A new appointment cannot be booked until payment has been made.

As it is an effective and in-depth treatment, you may find that underlying blackheads come to the surface and out. This is a positive sign, as we then get cleansed, skin cells renew faster and the skin will look healthier and fresher.
- Add moisturizing masks more often in the period after your treatment to further increase the effect.
- Avoid hard physical sports, sauna/steam bath and hair removal for the first 24 hours.
- Avoid strong Retinol, exfoliation and skin needling 2-3 days after your treatment.
