All of our events with Mai are a combination of education, meditation, breath and movement. They are tailored to educate and give you the tools to nourish yourself, so that in everyday life and between treatments in the clinic you can better support yourself mentally, physically and emotionally, through lifestyle and practices.
At each workshop we work with the connection between head and body, while sharing lifestyle tips and advice.
All events are tailored to the individual topic and there is always only room for a maximum of 10 people, so there is room for reflection and questions.
After an event with Mai, you will feel connected to your body again and be equipped with new tools you can implement in your everyday life when you get home.

MEET MAY
Mai has a BA in Political Science & Anthropology, but has spent the past 10 years working as a personal coach for high-profile people such as executives and partners at Disney, Universal Studios and McKinsey. Mai has also been a personal trainer, yoga teacher and mindfulness instructor for major international celebrities and artists in London, Dubai and Turkey, when she worked for the global membership club, Bodyism. However, for the past 4 years, Mai has focused on creating her own online business. Here she focuses on helping people create healthier and better lives through a more holistic approach to health, inner well-being and longevity.
Mai works with both individuals and companies. She teaches how to create optimal health and inner balance by weighing both physical and emotional feedback, in the same way we do our logical thinking. The increasing number of people affected by stress, burnout, anxiety and chronic illnesses speaks volumes. Unfortunately, we humans generally lack many key tools and knowledge about how to listen to our bodies and build good relationships with both ourselves and others. That is what Mai teaches. Working with Mai is like taking an inner education in oneself and the body.
