WHAT IS OURS

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen things can happen, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy,
which makes it easy for you to cancel or change your agreement.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do so directly from our website up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Simply follow the instructions in the menu under STUDIO, then TREATMENTS
and click on here you can cancel your appointment.



Cancellation within 24 hours

If you wish to cancel your treatment within 24 hours before
your agreed time, please contact us directly on phone +45 28 89 66 11 or email info@saralorentsen.com.

  • Please note that our cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason.
  • We do not accept cancellations via social media, such as Instagram DMs or Facebook Messenger.



Prices for late cancellation and no-show

  • Cancellation within 24 hours : 50% of the price of the treatment.
  • No-show: Full price of the agreed treatment.

If you arrive 15-20 minutes later than your scheduled time without notifying us,
it will be considered a no-show and the full price of the treatment will be charged.
We will do our best to adapt the treatment within the reduced time,
but the costs remain unchanged from the originally agreed amount.
This also applies to extra booked add-ons.



Our recommendation

We encourage you to contact us in good time if you need to cancel or rebook.
This not only helps you avoid payment, but also allows us to offer your time
to another customer who may have been waiting a long time for an available slot.



Notifications about your booking

You will always receive a confirmation email
when your booking is approved in our booking system.

In addition, as an additional service, you will receive a notification e-mail 48 hours
before your appointment, to remind you of your appointment.

*Please note that if you do not see, forget or do not receive this email,
is not a valid reason to avoid payment under our cancellation policy.



Payment

An invoice will be sent to you, which is expected to be paid the same day.
A new appointment cannot be booked until payment has been made.
