How do I use my mini Gua Sha?
BLADE FINE LINES AND DEEP FURS
1. Apply a serum, oil or cream to the area you wish to work on.
2. Use the tip directly in the wrinkle and lightly scrape across the skin in upward or outward movements approx. 10 times or until the skin becomes slightly red.
3. Next, using the side of the mini gua sha, scrape the opposite direction, creating more oxygen and blood circulation to the tissue around the wrinkle.
REMOVE TENSIONS WITH ACUPRESSURE
1. Massage in circular motions until you find a sore point.
2. Hold and press lightly but firmly for 10 seconds. and feel how the soreness of the tension becomes less and less every second.
REFRESHING EYE MASSAGE
1. Apply your eye cream to the metal head and massage in circular movements around the eye inwards and towards the nose and up towards the brow.
2. Make both small circular movements and large circles around the eye and enjoy the cooling and refreshing sensation.
The tip can also be used for your creams and face and lip balms.

With original gua sha techniques, you can promote 'sha' (blood stagnation), which appears as small red spots, if you massage a place on the skin where the tissue has not been properly oxygenated for a long time.

If using the tip:
It is important that moderate pressure is used, not so intense that it hurts or feels uncomfortable, but still enough to release the petechiae (small red stagnant spots).
If using the round part:
Use moderate pressure that feels deep but still comfortable.
For the best results, you should use it at least 3-4 times a week.
Daily would be ideal, but no more than once daily.
Yes, you can benefit from improving the appearance of a scar by using the Mini Gua Sha tip with the original gua sha technique.
But be aware that it is easier to get petechiae (small red stagnation spots) than with the rest of the tissue.
So be careful when working across the scar tissue.
After using your Mini Gua Sha, you should wipe it off immediately. Either with a cloth or napkin. Rinse it off and put it back in the included case.
Do not leave products on your Mini Gua Sha for too long to avoid unwanted patina.
