2 x Health Consultations

After the education

If you have been dedicated to the process, after the 8 weeks you will find that you can trust your body's signals and know what they mean.

You want to have optimized your body's movement patterns, so that your body naturally uses the strongest muscles for lifting, your posture is improved, etc.

In addition, you will have optimized your sleep and eating habits, so that your blood sugar is stable throughout the day, you are nourished and hydrated, and you sleep better at night, so that you have more surplus and energy.

Furthermore, during this period you will have learned to listen to yourself and respect and prioritize your needs - both physical, emotional and psychological - so that you are safe (with yourself) and make your everyday life as nourishing for you as possible.

"I have been on a holistic health course with Mai, which has changed several things in my life.

Some of Mai's impact points I changed immediately and others I have taken in gradually as I could hijack them.

My course started with a very pleasant conversation, where Mai was investigating what I wanted to change in my life (weight and health) and from the interview my very unhealthy mobile phone habits were spotted. Next followed a mindful movement training session with suggestions for an exercise program. I was sent my own personal "Body Bible" with a meal plan, which has guided me to much better eating habits.
