QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

What will the healing period be like after such a treatment?

There is no unnecessary healing period after this treatment.
The skin will feel tightened and refreshed.
You will find that the skin absorbs your products better afterwards.

What should I do to optimize the effect after the treatment?

Add moisturizing masks more often in the period after your treatment to further increase the effect.
Avoid hard physical sports, sauna/steam bath and hair removal for the first 24 hours.
Avoid strong Retinol, exfoliation and skin needling 2-3 days after the treatment.

Can I have this treatment if I am pregnant?

Yes, you can. There will of course be some parts of the treatment (field iontophoresis and microcurrent) that I will refrain from working with, but then other really good massaging movements will come into your treatment instead.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen things can happen, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that makes it easy for you to cancel or change your appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do so directly from our website up to 24 hours before your appointment. Simply follow the instructions in the menu under treatments and click on here you can cancel your appointment.

Prices for late cancellation and no-show

Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of the price of the treatment.
No-show: Full price of the agreed treatment.

If you arrive 15-20 minutes later than your scheduled time without notifying us, it will be considered a no-show and the full price of the treatment will be charged. We will do our best to accommodate the treatment within the reduced time, but the cost will remain unchanged from the originally agreed amount. This also applies to extra booked add-ons.

Our recommendation
We encourage you to contact us in good time if you need to cancel or rebook. This not only helps you avoid payment, but also allows us to offer your time to another customer who may have been waiting a long time for an available time.

Notifications about your booking
You will always receive a confirmation e-mail when your booking is approved in our booking system.

In addition, as an additional service, you will receive a notification e-mail 48 hours before your agreed time, to remind you of your arrival time.

Payment
An invoice will be sent to you, which is expected to be paid the same day.
