1. Cleanse your face thoroughly with a mild facial cleanser to remove dirt, oil and makeup.

2. Disinfect the Roll-CIT before using your roller, disinfect it by spraying with a disinfectant specially designed for microneedling.

3. Divide the face into sections, forehead, cheeks, chin, and neck. Carefully roll the unit over each section, first vertically, then horizontally, and then diagonally in both directions. Roll approximately 3-5 times in each direction.

4. After rolling, apply a layer of your serum or treatment product for maximum absorption.

5. Use a moisturizer to seal in moisture and strengthen the skin barrier.
