1. Start by cleansing your skin thoroughly with a mild facial cleanser that suits your skin type

2. Use a toner to balance the skin's pH level

3. If you use a serum as part of your routine, it should be applied before the cream

4. Apply Defense Creme Plus, take a small amount, the size of a pea

5. Apply the cream to the face, neck and décolleté with gentle upward strokes

6. Gently massage the cream into the skin until it is fully absorbed

7. Use Morning and/or Evening
