Step 1- Thoroughly cleanse the skin with your chosen cleanser from Biologique Recherche.

Step 2- Apply a few drops of Lotion P50 PIGM 400 to a cotton pad (preferably moistened the first time) and gently dab over the entire face, neck and décolleté. Avoid the eye area.

Step 3- Follow up with your chosen serum and cream.

Step 4- Always apply sun protection in the morning.

Use morning and/or evening, as recommended by your therapist.

Customize your routine – three levels

Beginner – Gentle introduction for new use

• Cleanse the skin.
• Use a wrung-out gauze pad or moistened cotton pad or gauze and gently dab the product onto the skin.
• Use every other day in the evening.
• Avoid rubbing – dab lightly to minimize irritation.

Advanced – Once the skin has adapted

• Use without moistening the cotton pad or gauze
• Apply one to two times daily.
• Dab the product to avoid unnecessary friction.

Expert – For the experienced skincare routine

• Apply Lotion P50 PIGM 400 morning and evening directly to dry gauze.
• Use upward movements to stimulate the skin.
• Focus on pigmented areas for a more targeted effect.
