1 step- Cleanse the skin thoroughly with your chosen cleanser from Biologique Recherche.
2 steps- Put a few drops of Lotion P50 on a cotton pad (preferably moistened the first time) and gently pat all over the face, neck and décolleté. Avoid the eye area.
3 steps- Follow up with your chosen serum and cream.
4 steps- Always apply sunscreen in the morning.
Use morning and/or evening, as recommended by your practitioner.
3 Levels - Customize your routine
Beginner – Gentle start for beginners
If you are new to Lotion P50, it is recommended to start slowly to allow your skin to get used to the product.
- Cleanse the skin.
- Using a wrung out piece of gauze or a moistened cotton pad, gently dab the lotion onto the skin.
- Apply only once a day (in the evening) or every other day for a gentle introduction.
- Dab the product – avoid rubbing to prevent irritation.
Advanced – For those with little experience
Once your skin gets used to Lotion P50, you can upgrade your routine.
- Cleanse the skin.
- Use the product without or with very little water on gauze or cotton pad.
- Apply twice daily, morning and evening.
- Still pat gently to protect the skin barrier.
Expert – Treatment for experienced users
If your skin is fully accustomed, you can intensify the treatment.
- Use Lotion P50 directly on dry cotton.
- Apply morning and evening.
- Use upward strokes to stimulate the skin.
- Apply extra to areas like the T-zone where skin may need more exfoliation.
