The SkinSoul Method -

With The SkinSoul Method, you don't just learn advanced techniques – you learn to understand the body and skin from an inside-out perspective. You become able to tailor treatments to individual needs and create experiences that are both visible and profound for the client.

The method combines connective tissue, lifting, buccal and Soul Flow massage for a holistic facial treatment that works with the skin, muscles and nervous system – and with respect for each person's unique body and energy level.

The training is divided into modules, and each module contains both theory and practical training , so you learn both why the techniques work and how they are performed correctly in practice .

Module 1: The SkinSoul Realese – Connective Tissue & Scalp

• Theory of the role of connective tissue in the face, scalp and body as a whole.
• Connection between tension, fluid retention and facial expressions.
• Practical techniques to release tension, create flow and increase elasticity.
• Scalp techniques that relax the neck, shoulders and craniofacial connective tissue.

• Theory about the importance of muscles for facial structure and skin glow.
• Techniques that stimulate blood circulation and promote elasticity.
• Practical training in lifting massage and client adjustment.

Module 3: The SkinSoul Sculpt – Buccal & Relaxation

• Theory of buccal massage and its effect on jaw muscles, facial shape and tension relief.
• Understanding how deep muscles affect facial expressions, symmetry and the client's well-being.
• Practical training in internal jaw massage and integration with other techniques.

• Create your own signature treatment that lifts, relaxes and provides inner balance and peace.
