1. Start by cleansing the face thoroughly to remove dirt, oil and make-up. Use a mild facial cleanser that suits your skin type.

2. Gently massage the mask into the skin in circular motions to ensure it is distributed evenly and absorbed effectively.

3. Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes, or as recommended by the manufacturer. This gives the skin time to absorb the active ingredients.

4. Afterwards, apply your usual moisturizer or serum to help seal in the moisture and further condition the skin.
