As a cleansing face mask – 2–3 times a week

1 step –Cleanse your skin.
2 steps –Apply toner to prepare the skin.
3 steps –Apply an even layer of the mask to the entire face, avoiding the eye area.
4 steps –Leave on for 10–20 minutes.
5 steps –Rinse thoroughly with cold water and apply serum and cream.

As a spot treatment for outbreaks

1 step –Cleanse the skin and pat dry.
2 steps –Apply a thin layer directly to the breakout you want to treat.
3 steps –Leave on for up to 20 minutes or overnight if your skin tolerates it.
4 steps –Rinse off carefully.
