Apply cleansing milk, balm or oil to prepare the skin.
Gently squeeze the suction cup, place it on the skin to create a suction effect
or use Gua Sha sliding movements (start from the neck and move upwards towards the forehead and back down).
Cleanse your face and then apply toner, serum and cream.
