1. Start by cleansing your skin thoroughly to remove dirt, oil and makeup

2. If you use a toner, apply it after cleansing to prepare the skin for the following products

4. Use Vita-Antioxidant Defense Creme, take a small amount of the cream and spread it evenly over the face, neck and possibly décolleté
