Should I start with Serum 1 even if I have used other vitamin A products before?
Yes, it is always recommended to start with Serum 1 in Environ's STEP-UP SYSTEM™, as the combination of vitamin A, antioxidants and peptides is powerful and needs to be gradually introduced.

Can I use Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serum while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, AVST 1-2 contains a mild form of vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate), which is generally considered safe during pregnancy.

However, we recommend that you do not increase your strength during pregnancy – and go down a level if your skin reacts or feels more sensitive than usual. Always talk to your doctor if in doubt.

What is the difference between the AVST series and the C-Quence series?
The AVST series is suitable for all skin types and as an introduction to vitamin A, while the C-Quence series is a more advanced anti-aging series with higher concentrations of vitamin A, peptides and antioxidants – ideal for mature and sun-damaged skin.

When should I combine the serum with Defence Crème?
C-Quence serum is designed to be used in conjunction withAntioxidant Defence CreamThe combination provides the optimal amount of moisture, protection and active ingredients – especially in the higher levels of the series.

How long do I need to use each version before moving on to the next step?
As a rule of thumb, it is recommended to use a minimum of two bottles of each version. If the skin feels stable, strong and without irritation, you can then safely move on to the next level in the series.
